PARKING:
GUESTS ATTENDING CONFERENCE (NO ACCOMMODATION)
- Guests to park in general M-City Shopping Centre through the entrance of Blackburn Road or Princes Hwy in B1 (Underground).
- Guests to park near the red wall underground that says ‘PARKROYAL’. Please see attached a photo.
- Food & Beverage team to provide QR codes on the day for guests to scan on the way out at the boom gate for free parking.
GUESTS STAYING IN-HOUSE – ACCOMMODATION
- Guests to park in general M-City shopping centre parking to begin with and make their way up to the reception.
- Guests to check in, the reception will then provide a QR code to enter the underground secure car park of the hotel on level B2.
- Guests to get back in their car and go towards the boom gate to enter the B2 car park and follow the red line on the ground to the nested hotel car park. Reception will provide more details upon check in.
- Guests to park their car in the car park and make their way back up to the reception level with the lift.
Food & Beverage team to provide a QR code to scan on the way out at the boom gate for free parking.
